Novozymes Nebraska successfully started up a new Enzyme production facility in Nebraska, USA. The 800xA DCS uses ABB's Batch manager to supervise and control the manufacturing process using S88 Standards

QCS System Upgrade & MD Moisture Control Enhancements

Lyon MacIntyre and Fonterra have completed the rollout of a Plant Triage monitoring system.

Upgrade of legacy MOD300 DCS with a new ABB 800xA Automation System.

A new 800xA Operator Workplace was installed over the existing MOD300 Controllers using OPC connectivity. Extensive modifications & improvements were made to the graphics response time

A new OSI PI Historian was installed. Data from the old historian was re-loaded to the new PI system so that all data since plant startup in 2001 was retained.

The PI displays are fully integrated into the DCS Operator Displays

Complete replacement of legacy MOD300 DCS with a new ABB 800xA Automation System.
